Was just reading through 36's blog and I'm alarmed at what blogsville is turning into. Many of us come here because we want to express ourselves concerning issues that affect us. Some bad belle people just come in and spread their venom. Who asked them? The girl has been going through some stuff lately and has been pouring out her heart here. I thought this place was supposed to be therapeutic? I guess her 'friends' have found her blog and are leaving really nasty comments there. I was so angry when I read some of the comments. I am not happy at all. Now she is leaving. Haters please, you people either put up or shut up. Bloody cowards!

Read the post AND the comments. Cowards were hiding behind anonymous comments. Those people's beef looked like it was a personal thing. How could people just get up in the morning and start writing rubbish!?
She really shouldn't have taken it to heart like that. Humans are cruel and usual. Enable comment moderation and move on. The haters were in the mminority.

Haters are everywhere even in our real lives so its to be expected that such would occur in blogville which is why the creators of this cyber village have made allowances for peeps to block anons or moderate their blogs so that jobless, frustrated losers wont spoil the fun for serious minded bloggers.

They're some jobless creatures, i blocked anon comments on ma blog but that didn't stop em, they still send me mails.

Honestly, i don't see y anyone should let such evil comments by people who don't know them affect them that much. There are a lot of mean spirited people out there, we just need to learn to disregard them esp when they hide under the anonymous umbrella.
Yeah it sucks that she's leaving. I love reading her blog too. Am sure most of the haters are perhaps people she knows in real life. Sometimes i dont get it myself.

I'm relatively new to blogville- and i can't lie- following everything that has happened to 36- practically me me freeze!! i really don't want a place where i come to chill out to even stress me out the more. its disheartening!!
Blogville mirrors life (usually a gentler reflection). Like Princesa said, life has people who would rather tear down than build. They have caused a string of people to exit blogville. The rest of us will stay and laugh, cry, and provide a shoulder for anyone that needs it.
Please vent!
its been happening for ages and it actually hurts to see someone sent off by anonymous cowards. so, i've learnt not to get too attached anymore.
